Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of impactpixeld.com and the booking of wellness journeys offered by impactpixeld.com (PE).
1. Provider information

2. Booking and travel services
Bookings are confirmed by email. Under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 we provide the contract, insurance terms and identification of the service providers before travel. You must give accurate details needed for the journey.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include the services listed in the offer. Deposits and due dates are set out in the booking confirmation.
4. Information, cancellation and complaints
Before you book we give pre-contract information on the trader, price, terms, cancellation and complaints as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Send complaints to contact@impactpixeld.com; we reply within the time limits set by that law.
5. Health services
Wellness activities are not medical treatment. If any medical or rehabilitation service is offered, it is provided under the Fundamentals of Ukrainian Healthcare Legislation No. 2801-XII of 19.11.1992 and applicable licensing rules. Health claims in our advertising follow the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data on a lawful basis with your consent, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3914-IX of 06.06.2024, and protect the confidentiality of communications under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020.
7. Liability
We are liable to the extent provided by Ukrainian law, and not for events beyond our reasonable control or for inaccurate information you provide.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms on this page. Ukrainian law governs them. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
