Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to all bookings made on impactpixeld.com. It explains your rights to cancel and receive a refund, and our obligations under Ukrainian law.
1. Scope
This policy covers bookings for services provided by impactpixeld.com (PE, EDRPOU 32528230), including retreats, accommodations, and related services. By booking, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation by you
You may cancel by emailing contact@impactpixeld.com or calling +380 935 818 6706. The cancellation date is the date we receive your notice.
- More than 30 days before start: full refund minus a 5% administration fee.
- 15–30 days before start: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before start: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before start: no refund.
If you fail to attend without notice ("no-show"), no refund is due.
3. Cancellation by us
If we cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund. If due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, war, epidemic), we offer a full refund or a credit note, at your choice.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Bank fees may apply. We do not charge additional fees for refunds.
5. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@impactpixeld.com. We aim to respond within 10 business days. If unresolved, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or use the court system.
6. Legal basis
